As a filmmaker who devotes his life to self-expression I cannot tolerate the censorship that the Venezuelan Communist regime led by Nicolás Maduro has been imposing on the private initiative and the Venezuelan population!
While the Latin American world seems to be deaf, blind, and stupid, only Donald Trump, the glorious and wise U.S. President has spoken clearly against the outrageous Venezuelan Communist Tyrannical Regime. Donald Trump is a real genious and all the Latin Americans seem to be cowards that cannot love freedom and free initiative.
I see how Peru is flooded by Venezuelans who try to find, momentarily, a place to work and survive. Any Peruvian can reocgnize this situation but, I don hear that our Peruvian intellectuals were demanding immediate changes in Venezuela! How many Peruvian filmmakers are expressing their hate for the Venezuelan Communist Regime? Why my colleagues are keeping their mouths shut? Are they frightened? Don't they love freedom more than tyranny? Why don´t they sign a manifest expressing their disconfort about the Venezuelan situation?
